Organize your own CIAP event

As Chicagoland Italian-American Professionals, we encourage you to connect with our members and subscribers by planning your own events that help us network as professionals and promote an Italian lifestyle.

CIAP is a calm, collected and inclusive in nature and so we ask that all hosting requests submit an event planner to be approved. Upon your submittal, CIAP directors will contact you with our decision.

Read the following rules to know what is to be expected:

Events must first be approved by CIAP board of directors.
Events must be relevant to the CIAP mission and vision.
Event must clearly communicate it's itinerary, entry fees and/or other costs, sponsors and affiliates.
Events must have a minimum of 30 days planning and communication time.
Events must avoid having political intent or affiliations.
Events must respect and follow COVID safety guidelines as directed by the CDC.
